Another First

Actually, Sophia has had two firsts. Yesterday I took her to see Daddy at work. He happened to land at a smaller airport that is twenty minutes from our house.

She thought climbing around on everything was fun, but got frustrated that we wouldn't let her run freely down the ramp. Her frustration may have been accentuated by the fact that she only had a half-hour nap that afternoon.

Then this morning I braided her pigtails. Any of you that knew me when I was a kid knows that my hair was constantly braided because I had so much hair. If I ever get the scanner plugged in, I will post a picture of my braids. For now, here are Sophia's:

They aren't long braids, but how many one-and-a-half-year-olds do you know with braids?
