Things Have Changed

Yesterday afternoon Sophia and I drove to a park in Martinez to meet up with some old college roommates of mine. Katie is visiting from Boston with her baby, Mae. Amy came with her baby, Ella, from San Mateo. Tara, Tom and Abby, who live five minutes from my house, drove in their own car because we can't fit three carseats in either of our vehicles. Two of our other roommates were MIA -- they were off being productive members of society (working). In the old pictures there were usually plastic party cups in our hands. If ever I am holding a plastic cup now, it is probably a sippy cup filled with water. :)
